I began my design journey 8 years ago doing graphic design as a hobby, which allowed me to build a strong foundation in visual design principles. I hold a bachelor's degree in business information technology, where I developed an understanding of business fundamentals, enabling me to better align potential design solutions with business objectives.

Today, I am completing a master's degree in service design, learning how to create impactful services and optimize user experiences across various touchpoints and distribution channels.
